Our Troubleshooting section features an interactive guide for troubleshooting the 332 cabinet.

Components

The Components section of TSP contains technical, interactive, and detailed diagrams of the control cabinet.

Logs

A comprehensive log is generated once troubleshooting is completed. The TSP Log stores all activity making reporting and documentation easy. Attach images if needed. With one click, a report, email, or hard copy is created.

Photos

All of our troubleshooting guides are supported by high quality photographs for each step.

Periodic Updates

Preventive Maintenance Log

Preventive Maintenance is a new feature that allows the user to check-off maintenance items, type up any problems encountered, and attach images if needed.

Timing Log

New Timing Log section. The user will enter timing data from the traffic signal controller, which will be automatically populated to create a PDF file that can be emailed or printed.

Statistics

The statistics section allows tracking of traffic signal failures.

    Traffic Signal Pro is an all purpose Traffic Signal application, and the cost savings for the users are evident in the features:
    TROUBLESHOOTING: The TSP APP offers step by step instructions for diagnosing and solving 99% of common traffic signal malfunctions, reducing costs and time for the troubleshooting technician.
    MAINTENANCE: Preventive Maintenance allows the user to check-off maintenance items and record any problems encountered, and with internet access, the technician can email and print a PDF report based on the data collected. This feature provides your company and technician with a uniform template for logs, making record keeping seamless.
    EDUCATION/TRAINING: We have included a section that aids the technician or engineer as he learns more about the functions of the individual components in the cabinet. Overall, the Traffic Signal Pro App is great for training purposes. Through research, we found that many municipalities can not afford to send their technicians to two/three day training programs, as it can cost anywhere from $2000-$5000 dollars per individual. Due to the nature of the training programs, and the amount of education given in such a short span of time, the knowledge is often forgotten.
